What You'll Be Doing Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding. Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to create long-term partnerships. Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and market research. Identify, engage, and assess both active and passive candidates for a wide range of opportunities. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and organisational fit. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a positive recruitment experience throughout the hiring journey. Prepare compelling candidate profiles and provide consultative hiring recommendations. Negotiate offers and support successful placements from initial engagement through onboarding. Maintain accurate recruitment records and stay informed of industry trends and talent market developments. Work collaboratively with internal teams to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution. Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, sales, customer engagement, or other relationship-focused roles is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
