💰 Up to $7,500/month 📍 WEST 💼 Responsibilities • Develop integrated communications plans and campaigns across internal, external, digital and social platforms • Create content including speeches, presentations, newsletters, publicity materials and thought-leadership pieces • Maintain consistent branding and promote awareness of the home-first care model • Support leadership messaging, media opportunities and speaking engagements • Lead stakeholder communications involving healthcare referrers, community providers and institutional partners • Coordinate forums, events and engagement initiatives • Develop patient-facing materials and stories showcasing programme impact • Support communications planning for Organisation and future expansion • Manage projects, vendors, timelines and campaign performance reporting 📝 Requirements • Min.
