We are hiring 1 Year Contract Marketing Specialist to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations. Apply now! Job Responsibilities 1. Content Curation • Serves as communicator to external designer for the marketing assets/content production (e.g. localised product flyers, product promotion flyers, invitation flyers, digital banners, digital microsite/ landing webpage designs, localised email content & adverts) • Undertakes the review and proofreading of localised web pages & channel partner’s self-designed marketing content (e.g. webpages, flyers, invitation emails) to ensure they fulfil company’s branding style guide & aligned product messaging. • Responsible for legal and branding approval for marketing creatives 2. Digital marketing • Partners with Product marketing & Digital Marketing specialist to curate and implements digital marketing strategies to implement planned digital marketing campaigns to generate demand. • Executes online marketing programs together with product marketing & digital marketing specialist in search optimization (paid and organic search) and social media advertising • Assist in execution of online promotions & its affiliated assets • Compile & conducts analysis with digital marketing team for digital campaign effectiveness and uses the results for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all programs. 3. Marketing Operations • Consolidate, review & tabulate web forms submission for promotion & campaigns • Raise payment request in company platform & follow through payment to vendor • Post marketing event leads clean up, processing and upload • New vendor creation and communication with vendor for gifts, logistic arrangement • Assist in customer giveaway redemption & product sample (sending out giveaway & assist sales with product sample redemption) • Monitor stock & ensure marketing assets are adequate & updated (brochures, giveaways, sales tools, demo tools) • Assist with ad-hoc event requests (including demo instrument logistics arrangement, giveaways logistics arrangement, leads capture & tabulation) • Provide on-site support for event registration, demonstrations, venue set up for conferences, seminars & workshops at customer sites Requirements: • Minimum Diploma, some experience in marketing required • Requires outstanding writing and editing skills, as well as sound working knowledge of current web content practices & life science educational background. • Collaborative approach to sharing ideas, tactics and analytics to improve everyday tasks • Travel is necessary sometimes (10-20%) to sites in Singapore for onsite support Interested candidates, please forward your resume to jalenetan@recruitexpress.com.sg Consultant: Jalene Tan (R26160390) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (99C4599)
