We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, foster a positive workplace culture, and support key HR initiatives that contribute to organisational success. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support aligned with organisational objectives. Implement and administer HR policies, programmes, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organisation. Build strong working relationships with managers and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR matters. Support recruitment initiatives to attract and retain quality talent. Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture through effective employee engagement and communication. Conduct investigations, address employee concerns, and recommend appropriate resolutions in accordance with company policies. Coach and support managers in people management, policy interpretation, and employee development. Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to drive continuous improvement and implement HR initiatives. Participate in workforce planning, organisational development, and strategic HR projects. Support additional HR initiatives and projects as assigned. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Good leadership and people management capabilities. Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
