Location: Alexandra Road Duration: 1 year contract Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 6 Salary: Up to $4300 + $60 HP Allowance + 1 month completion bonus Job Responsibilities: Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management. Provide HR advisory and respond to employee and manager queries on HR policies and procedures. Manage work pass administration, renewals, and statutory compliance with MOM regulations. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, exit interviews, and employee relations matters. Support performance management, confirmation, appraisal, increment, and talent development processes. Prepare HR reports, process invoices/POs, and assist with HR projects and process improvements. Job Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a HR generalist role Knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements Good knowledge in advanced MS Excel Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
