IT Analyst (GMP Systems & Technology Support)

Are you an experienced IT professional with a strong background in GMP-regulated environments? Join a dynamic technology team where you'll play a key role in supporting and implementing critical IT systems that ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Perform change control impact assessments for IT systems. Support Operational Technology (OT) network implementation. Coordinate server implementation where required. Configure and deploy validated workstation images in compliance with GMP requirements. Perform system cloning, restoration, and backup implementation. Configure user accounts, local administrator access, and system permissions. Set up network connectivity, cloud storage, and OneDrive mapping. Implement Acronis backup solutions. Support IT systems while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GMP-related systems and infrastructure. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment is essential. Strong knowledge of GMP-compliant IT systems and validation practices. Experience with system configuration, deployment, and infrastructure support. Familiarity with OT environments and regulated IT operations is advantageous. Experience supporting QC or analytical laboratory systems (e.g. TOC Analyzer or MALDI systems) will be an added advantage.
