• Lead customer-driven (CD) projects and second-source qualification initiatives, including project planning, execution, regular stakeholder alignment, and technical reporting • Support new product development activities, including participation in technical discussions, resource planning, and experimental design • Assist in laboratory trial runs, including hands-on work, troubleshooting, data collection, and analysis • Prepare and maintain clear and accurate documentation, reports, and test records • Support customer sample requests and ensure timely and accurate delivery • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, laboratory standards, and good housekeeping practices • Provide technical support for internal stakeholders and external requirements • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Marketing teams to support product development and troubleshooting • Support administrative tasks, including SAP data updates, documentation control, and laboratory cleanliness • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform other assigned duties as required Job Requirement: • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment • Basic knowledge of material science, assembly materials (e.g., paste, powder, flux), or related applications • Familiarity with data analysis methods and statistical tools • Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements Interested candidates, please email your resume to annasee@recruitexpress.com.sg Anna See Sing Yee CEI Reg R25157535 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No: 99C4599 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
