About this role
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end RFQ and quotation activities, including BOM review, pricing, and submission. Build and maintain customer relationships while identifying cross-selling and new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure pricing, manage supply continuity, and support new product introductions. Oversee order processing, delivery schedules, backlog management, and resolve logistics, quality, and commercial issues. Track quotation performance, support sales forecasting, and contribute to revenue and conversion targets. Requirements 3–4 years of experience in inside sales, quotations, or customer service within the electronics distribution industry (IP&E experience preferred). Strong knowledge of RFQ management, BOM costing, pricing, supplier coordination, and order management. Excellent communication, relationship management, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
