Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and job suitability. Provide market insights, talent mapping, and hiring recommendations to clients. Prepare engaging job advertisements and promote opportunities across multiple recruitment platforms. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Keep accurate recruitment records and manage candidate progress throughout the hiring journey. Stay up to date with industry trends and market movements to identify new business and recruitment opportunities. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, business development, or other client-facing roles is an advantage. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset. Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
