We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to be outsourced to our client. Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries and process sales orders, coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries. Liaise directly with customers on order forecasts, delivery schedules, and precious metal hedging orders. Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely payment collection. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on customer compliance requirements and due diligence documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GST, import/export regulations, and relevant licensing requirements. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of customer and order information in the system. Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and SAP is an added advantage.
