Contract Micro Assembly Role (3 Months) 📍 Location: Ang Mo Kio 📅 Contract: 3 months (renewable or convertible) 💰 Salary: Up to $3,000/month + $200/month night shift allowance 🕒 Working Hours: 5-day work week Rotating night shifts:3:00 PM – 12:00 AM 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Key Responsibilities: Perform die attach and wirebonding for prototype and production builds. Operate and maintain microelectronics assembly equipment. Assemble and handle RF ICs, substrates, capacitors, inductors, and other microelectronic components following ESD procedures. Conduct microscope inspection to ensure product quality. Support prototype builds, testing, rework, and repair activities. Record production data and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised workstation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
