Admissions and Service Centre Location: Queenstown Duration: Oct 2026 - Apr 2027 Salary: $11/hr - $12/hr Working days and hours: One weekday & Sunday off Monday to Friday: - AM Shift: 830am to 530pm - PM Shift: 11am to 8pm Saturday and PH: - AM Shift: 830am to 530pm Job Description: - Provide bedside financial counselling to patients and next-of-kin on hospital charges, subsidies, payment options, and financial assistance schemes. - Manage admissions, billing enquiries, payment collection, deposits, and transaction reconciliation while ensuring compliance with hospital policies. - Advise patients on national healthcare forms, process submissions to relevant authorities, maintain accurate SAP records, and ensure complete documentation and follow-up throughout the patient's admission journey.
