Manager, HR Business Partner (Medtech Mnc / East) – 6-Month Contract #Hhl

Salary: Up to $10,000/month, depending on experience Location: Changi North Working hour: Monday to Friday, office hours Responsibilities • Partner business and HR stakeholders on organisational and workforce priorities • Support organisational effectiveness and change-management programmes • Drive strategic HR projects that support business growth and plant expansion • Develop and implement people solutions aligned with business objectives • Strengthen organisational capability, workforce effectiveness and employee experience • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with company standards and employment legislation • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels • Promote HR excellence, collaboration and capability development Requirements • Min.
