Changi (near Eunos mrt) Monday –Friday 9am – 6pm 20 Jul 26 – 19 Oct 26 (3 months) Job Scope • Develop test cases and data-generation scenarios from the source system to support accurate letter, notice, and statement outputs in the new system • Carry out test case execution and record findings in Excel and HPQC while ensuring all testing meets corporate quality standards and project timelines • Coordinate closely with developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure thorough verification and execution of test cases • Identify and document defects using Excel and HPQC, and manage the complete defect resolution process • Perform accuracy checks on all letters, notices, and statements to ensure a seamless migration to the new system • Deliver post-migration support by identifying, analysing, and resolving production issues • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead. Requirements • Degree/Diploma in related fields • Previous experience in performing UAT preferred • End-user support or insurance experience will be advantageous • Good knowledge of PC tools (i.e. MS Office, Excel) Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
