About this role
Position: Order Management Specialist (After Sales Marketing) 📍 Location: Tanjong Pagar 🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.45pm Salary: 1 year of relevant experience: Up to S$3,800 2 years of relevant experience: Up to S$4,200 Key Responsibilities Manage Service Parts & Accessories orders and supply within and outside the Asia Pacific region. Ensure smooth order receipt, processing and fulfilment. Respond to distributor enquiries. Coordinate shipment arrangements with suppliers and freight forwarders. Prepare and handle shipping documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.) to ensure smooth customs clearance. Process warranty claims, short/mispacking reports and logistics quality issues. Handle SAP payment processing for supplier and customer invoices. Prepare monthly KPI and operational reports.
