About this role

Working Schedule: 3+2 work week Weekdays: 1pm – 10pm (8hrs excl. break) Weekends: 8:30am – 6:30pm (9hrs excl. break) About the job: Weare seeking a Customer Service Associate, to assist the team in front line operations at the front desk ensuring smooth operations. You will need todisplay a professional image by delivering high-quality service experience andaccurate information to customers Responsibilities: •Accountabilities,responsibilities and main duties: •Ability to deliver professional and high-quality service experience in acustomer-facing role Identify customers’ needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction •Taking ownership of customers’ problems and follow through effectively and efficiently •Key member of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvement of processes to promote customer satisfaction •Maintain close liaison with all other departments to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure seamless client experience Requirements: •Possess at least a Diploma in any field •Ableto work with 3 weekdays and 2 weekends schedule and shift hours •Proficient in English and bilingual to communicate effectively with customers •Candidates who have worked in the hospitality and service industry are preferred •Able to work in a fast-paced environment •Possess emotional maturity and passion for customer service •Equipped with good mediation and persuasive skills •Positive ,outgoing personality with a professional disposition All Interested candidates are invited to email your resume in MS Word format to: shermainesoo@recruitexpress.com.sg Please include your full working experience, education background, notice period, expected salary.
