Service Admin Assistant (12 Months) #Jtl

Manage invoicing and administrative documentation for Service & Parts operations. Process and monitor Repair Orders (ROs) and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, timely closure, and proper record keeping. Prepare and submit tender documentation, ensuring compliance with company requirements. Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), prepare periodic reports aging reports. Coordinate with stakeholders and support operational administration, including incentive payouts, freight charges, invoice submissions via government ePortals, and outstanding payment tracking. Arrange tender meetings, documentation, and prepare meeting minutes. Job Requirements Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline. Preferably with prior administrative experiences.
