Responsibilities Provided nursing care to residents, including health assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of medical conditions. Assisted with daily living activities and ensured residents' comfort, safety, and well-being. Performed basic nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheter care, and vital signs monitoring. Administered medications and documented care accurately according to nursing standards. Communicated with doctors, residents, and family members regarding residents' health and care plans. Maintained accurate nursing records and complied with infection control and safety protocols. Responded to changes in residents' conditions and provided appropriate nursing interventions. Worked closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver quality resident care.
