Arrange and prepare stocks in advance according to the Sales Representatives' distribution plan. Issue stocks to Sales Representatives at the start of each day, ensuring the actual stock quantities issued tally with the Sales Representatives' stock reconciliation report. Receive balance stocks from Sales Representatives at the end of each day, ensuring the actual quantities tally with the Sales Representatives' stock reconciliation report. Receive deliveries of stocks from external contract warehouses and stack/store them properly while practising FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management. Perform housekeeping duties related to warehouse maintenance to ensure a clean, safe and conducive storage environment. Assist in the organisation of market returns, manufacturing fault stocks and stock destruction activities. Export inventory data from the system into Excel to perform simple inventory return checks.
