This opportunity is ideal for an IT professional with experience in GMP-regulated environments who enjoys working with validated systems and operational technology. Key Responsibilities Support GMP-compliant IT systems within a regulated manufacturing environment. Perform change control impact assessments for IT infrastructure and applications. Support Operational Technology (OT) network implementation and system deployment. Configure and implement validated workstations and servers where required. Perform workstation imaging, cloning, restoration, and backup implementation. Create and manage local administrator and user accounts. Configure system access, network connectivity, and cloud storage mapping. Support data integrity initiatives and resolve IT-related technical issues. Ensure IT systems remain compliant with GMP and company validation requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and laboratory operations. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience supporting IT systems within a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is essential. Strong understanding of GMP requirements and validated IT systems. Experience with Operational Technology (OT), workstation deployment, system imaging, or infrastructure support will be advantageous. Exposure to laboratory or analytical systems such as TOC or MALDI is beneficial but not required. Able to work effectively in a fully onsite manufacturing environment.
