6 Month Contract Treasury Trade Finance Executive (Commodities) Our client is a leading commodities trading firm seeking an experienced Treasury Trade Finance Executive to support its treasury operations team on a 6-month contract. Job Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day trade finance operations, including the issuance, amendment, and administration of Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), and Documentary Collections. • Support the efficient allocation, monitoring, and utilization of banking facilities and credit limits across business units. • Liaise closely with banking partners on credit facilities, operational matters, issue resolution, bank mandates, and KYC documentation. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external banking partners and internal stakeholders. • Perform treasury-related transactions using Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and e-banking platforms. • Support treasury cash management and operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day treasury functions. • Participate in multiple treasury projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and implementation initiatives. • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new system functionalities and process enhancements. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and streamline treasury and trade finance processes. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking requirements, and regulatory standards. Job Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, Banking, or a related discipline. • Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Treasury and/or Trade Finance Operations, preferably within a commodities trading company, multinational corporation, or financial institution. • Good understanding of international trade finance, including Incoterms, Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), Documentary Collections, and related trade finance instruments. • Experience with SAP, particularly Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) modules, will be highly advantageous. • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and corporate e-banking platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external banking partners. • Salary ranges between S$5,500 to S$6,500 per month Please send your application directly via janntan@recruitexpress.com.sg for a faster response.
