About this role
Key Responsibilities: Perform venipuncture and other blood collection procedures. Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Follow infection control, safety, and clinical protocols at all times. Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients during procedures. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and work area. Support clinic or laboratory operations and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in phlebotomy. Valid phlebotomy certification or license Good interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety and care. Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
