Job Responsibilities: Support testing activities for system enhancements and technology implementations Execute manual and automated test cases according to test plans and timelines Ensure test coverage is completed accurately and within project schedules Identify, track, and retest system defects during UAT phases Prepare and maintain testing documentation, reports, and audit records Support operational readiness activities for new systems and process enhancements Conduct training sessions for operations and business users on new system features Provide post-implementation support and assist users with operational issues Coordinate with stakeholders across operations, technology, and project teams Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Banking, or related field Relevant experience in UAT testing, operations support, or project coordination preferred Familiar with testing methodologies and defect management processes Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Interested candidates are invited to email your resume to: jen.ooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Jenalyn Ooi Huai Sian (R1765551) Recruit Express Pte Ltd | Company Reg.
