Senior Associate Executive (HR Shared Services) - Hsn

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to: Location: Novena Working hours: Mon - Fri, office hours Salary: $2500 - $3000 Job Responsibilities: - Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, in-service, and offboarding activities. - Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, coordinate medical screenings, work pass administration, and onboarding arrangements. - Process employee data updates, probation confirmations, contract renewals, professional licence administration, and employment certifications. - Support resignation, clearance, exit documentation, and work pass cancellations. - Attend to HR enquiries and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant HR transaction processing. - Support HR projects, SOP updates, and provide operational coverage across HR Shared Services when required. Requirements: - Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Prior experience in HR administration, HR operations, shared services, or customer service is an advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
