Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic HR support aligned with business and organizational objectives. Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization. Build strong relationships with managers by providing HR guidance, coaching, and advisory support on people-related matters. Lead employee relations initiatives, including handling enquiries, workplace concerns, investigations, and resolution of employee issues. Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture through effective employee engagement and communication initiatives. Support recruitment activities and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate with HR teams across the organization to develop and implement people-focused solutions that enhance business performance. Contribute to HR strategy, organizational planning, and continuous process improvements. Participate in HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant HR Business Partner or generalist experience. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
