You will serve as a Flexible HR Operations Resource within HRSS, providing operational support across Pre & On-Boarding, In-Service and Offboarding functions. Job responsibilities: HR Operations & Service Delivery Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries Process HR transactions within SLA Maintain accurate employee records and compliance Provide timely and professional support to employees and HR stakeholders through shared service channels Pre & Onboarding Operations Preparation of employment contracts and appointment letters Coordination of medical screening and pre-employment checks Creation and maintenance of employee records Work pass administration and coordination with relevant agencies Facilitation of onboarding activities. In-Service Operations Employee data maintenance Probation confirmation administration Contract renewal processing Professional License administration Employment certification support Offboarding Operations Support resignation, clearance and exit documentation processes Coordinate employee separation activities with relevant stakeholders Process employee record updates and work pass cancellations where applicable Ensure timely completion of offboarding transactions and documentation Continuous Improvement & Operational Support Support projects, SOP updates and provide coverage across HRSS functions.
