Partner with business units to drive organizational effectiveness and deliver HR strategies and initiatives. Provide strategic HR advisory on talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, rewards, and HR policies. Identify people-related risks and opportunities, and recommend effective HR solutions to support business goals. Collaborate with HR Shared Services team to ensure timely recruitment, appointment, and re-appointment of staff. Support and advise leaders on employee relations, industrial relations, disciplinary matters, and change management. Drive key HR initiatives, including manpower planning, budgeting, employee engagement, and people development.
