6 Months Contract Accounts / Finance Executive (Up To $3800) #Hcg

Responsibilities Process and record Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately using Coupa and SAP. Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Support month-end closing activities for Accounts Payable. Follow up on withholding tax and related documentation. Assist with year-end closing and audit exercises. Handle enquiries related to Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), invoices, and approval workflows. Maintain exchange rates, vendor records, and bank details in SAP and Coupa. Review supplier onboarding and banking forms. Prepare reports and support process improvement initiatives. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant Accounts Payable or finance experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with Coupa, Compass, and SAP ECC/HANA is an advantage. Detail-oriented with good organisational skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
