IT Application/ Systems (Tuas)

Duties /Responsibilities Part of a team responsible for the smooth functioning of IT Systems / Applications / Company Websites and general coordination with vendors. Work on projects team that will design and implement business solution projects. Perform system integration testing and trouble shooting of software application issues. Provided user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution Logged, escalated, and tracked incidents to ensure timely closure Conducted end-user training on application usage Collaborated with teams to improve system performance and user experience Design and develop internal application. Design and develop reports for end users and clients. Performs other IT related duties as assigned Requirements Possess at least a Diploma in IT or equivalent related qualification or higher. Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. SQL), application frameworks and system integration (APIs) Designing, coding, admin deploying scalable applications using languages like Java and javascript. Excellent problem-solving skills and independent work ethics. Experience in SaaS environment like Microsoft 365.
