HR Transformation Project! | Project Delivery Executive (9-Month Contract) Location: Greenwich Drive Company transport provided from Kovan & Serangoon MRT Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 6.00pm Contract: 9 Months (Until End Apr 2027) Team Size: 8 (Reporting to Senior HR Manager) Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite Salary: up to 7k We're Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in HR projects, HR systems implementation, project rollout, or HRIS Your Key Responsibilities Project Rollout & Go-Live Coordinate country deployment and go-live activities across APAC Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of cutover tasks Hypercare Support Coordinate post go-live support activities Facilitate meetings with regional stakeholders Track action items and ensure smooth transition to BAU Incident & Ticket Management Monitor system incidents, enhancement requests, and issue resolution Liaise with vendors, technical teams, and business users Track ticket ageing, escalations, and service levels Reporting & Analytics Analyse project and support data to identify trends Build and maintain APAC dashboards and KPI reports Prepare reports for leadership and governance reviews Device Upgrade Coordination (When Required) Coordinate firmware upgrades across APAC locations Monitor deployment progress and resolve device-related issues Internal Control System (ICS) Support Coordinate APAC ICS activities and ensure timely completion Follow up with country representatives on outstanding action items Interested candidates, do submit your resume to : jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg OR telegram @jocelynchan Jocelyn Chan| Consultant | Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) Company EA Licence number : 99C4599 Personnel EA License: R1331820
