1 Year Contract Hris Business Analyst - Bwy

Lead the analysis, implementation, enhancement, and integration of HRIS solutions within a banking and financial services environment. Manage HRIS projects, including system migrations, upgrades, data conversion, and ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance. Develop HRIS reports and analytics to support workforce planning, compensation, and strategic HR decision-making. Provide system support, user training, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and optimize system performance. Drive HRIS process improvements, automation initiatives, and ensure solutions remain aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
