We are hiring Temp Patient Service Assistant (Immediate Until End Dec) to be outsourced to various polyclinics! Many vacancies available! Location: North Areas Working Days/ Hours: 5.5days office hours, every Sat half day Pay Rate: $10/hr Duration: Immediate Until End Dec (approximately 5 months) Job Duties: Attend to patient’s queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system. Provide special assistance such as wheelchair to patient as and when required. Observe and tag fall risk patients, issue facemask and measure temperature for patients with flu and fever. Promote and educate patient on the use of Self-Service Kiosk and mobile applications. Assist or perform height, weight and blood pressure measurement on patients when required. Assist patient with way-finding and general enquiries. Assist eligible-patient in completing medical questionnaire.
