Job Responsibilities: Lead and drive education, training, and competency development programmes for pharmacists across various levels of practice Develop learning objectives, training curricula, educational materials, and competency frameworks to support professional development Collaborate with internal departments, healthcare institutions, and external organisations on education and training initiatives Review medication orders, prescriptions, and medication records to ensure appropriateness and safety of therapy Perform medication reconciliation and provide pharmaceutical care to patients Dispense medications and provide counselling to patients and caregivers Supervise, guide, and review the work of pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistants Conduct lectures, workshops, and training sessions for pharmacy staff, healthcare professionals, and students Support the development of new clinical pharmacy services and practice innovations Participate in quality improvement initiatives, departmental projects, and other duties assigned by management Requirements: PharmD or equivalent qualification recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience Strong passion for education, training, and professional development Experience in curriculum development, teaching, or clinical training programmes preferred Interested candidates are invited to email your resume to: jen.ooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Jenalyn Ooi Huai Sian (R1765551) Recruit Express Pte Ltd Company Reg.
