About this role
Key Responsibilities · Support the delivery of digital banking solutions across areas such as Retail Banking, Cards, ATM, Payments, Internet Banking, and Mobile Banking. · Experience in Personal Finance Management and Insight Management solutions and packages, Data Analytics, real time Event streaming solutions and related architectures. · Drive the end-to-end technical requirements lifecycle, from high-level business needs to detailed system specifications. · Gather, analyze, refine, and document business and technical requirements into clear, implementable solutions. · Produce and maintain system architecture, integration, workflow, and connectivity diagrams. · Define, document, and align API contracts between internal and external systems. · Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve API integration and system interface issues. · Work closely with Solution Architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions. · Support solution planning, effort estimation, and preparation of high-level solution documentation. · Conduct defect triage with business and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution. · Maintain requirements traceability and manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle. · Validate technical feasibility of business requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation activities. · Ensure technical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with project standards. Requirement · Strong domain knowledge in Retail & Digital Banking: Understanding of banking products and channels such as payments, cards, ATM, internet banking, and mobile banking. · End-to-end technical delivery & requirements expertise : Ability to drive the full lifecycle from business requirements to system design, including APIs, integrations, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation. · Stakeholder management & leadership capability: Experience working with multiple business/technical teams and ability to coordinate or lead teams to deliver solutions effectively (including communication, alignment, and issue resolution).
