The Job: Attached to Financial Compliance Department Review and analyse system-generated alerts for potentially suspicious transactions. Conduct end-to-end investigations by gathering and analysing customer profiles, transactional data, and other relevant information. Determine whether alerts warrant escalation or closed with appropriate rationale. Prepare and document clear and concise investigation findings and decisions in line with internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
