*Urgent* HR Generalist (Medical, Nursing Home, Central) #Hry

Manage full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding. Support manpower planning and recruitment for healthcare and medical staff. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare. Manage attendance, leave administration, payroll coordination, and other HR-related matters. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate staff training, orientation, and development programmes. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Assist with medical staff credentialing, licensing, and compliance documentation where required. Work closely with department heads and management to address HR and manpower matters. Prepare HR reports and assist with HR projects and process improvements. Perform other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
