1 Year Data Management Executive (Advanced Excel - Macros, Formulas) | Up To $3100 #Tnkc

Location: Kallang Sector (Geylang Bahru/Potong Pasir) Duration: 12 months contract Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am -6pm (May be required to work beyond 6pm and during weekends when necessary, only during peak period) Salary: Up to $3100 + 1 month completion bonus Job Responsibilities: Provide high quality customer service and professionalism when calling consumers to schedule appointments or for any matters Take ownership of managing excel spreadsheets / database including updating schedules, works carried out etc in the system Plan and deploy contractors and teams based on the latest updates in the excel spreadsheets / database Actively collaborate with various stakeholders and teams when handling issues Communicate effectively with consumers and stakeholders to ensure satisfactory and timely resolutions Continuously improve and enhance the spreadsheets / database for easier updating of records and generation of various reports Generate reports for various stakeholders Any other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any field Prior experience in customer service or a related role Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, Macro, basic analysis) and comfortable working with large datasets.
