Retail Supervisor $3.2K (Eaa)

Job Responsibilities: Promote footwear products and assist customers with product selection and sizing. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience. Supervise and guide retail staff to ensure smooth daily store operations. Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance during shifts. Maintain store presentation, stock arrangement and visual merchandising standards. Handle sales transactions and ensure accurate records are maintained. Support inventory management and ensure sufficient stock availability. Address customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally. Job Requirements: N/O/A Levels/NITEC/Diploma in any discipline. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred. Prior supervisory or team-leading experience will be an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Responsible, organised and able to manage day-to-day retail operations. Able to stand for extended periods throughout shifts.
