About this role

Job Responsibilities: Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to provide HR advisory and support on people-related matters, policies, employment legislation, and best practices. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Support manpower planning initiatives and work closely with departments to meet workforce requirements. Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programmes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide guidance on employee performance, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace issues. Drive employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building initiatives to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce. Analyse HR trends and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws, statutory requirements, and organisational policies. Participate in HR transformation, process improvement, and special projects as assigned. Support organisational events and initiatives to strengthen employee experience and engagement. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity. Good understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
