6 Months Executive, Outreach And Engagement - West - Hsn

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to: Location: West Pay: $3000 - $4500 Duration: 6 Months contract Working Hours: 5 Days office hours Reporting to the Assistant Manager, The Executive will support the Resident/Patient Outreach and Engagement team in the planning and execution of community outreach initiatives and engagement events. This includes supporting event operations, consolidating reports, maintaining event records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth implementation of engagement activities. Job Responsibilities Support planning and execution of community events, including pre-event preparation, on-site operations (including weekends where required), and post-event follow-up. Coordinate with internal team members to support event logistics, manpower planning, and overall execution Consolidate event-related data and prepare monthly post-event reports Maintain and update monthly events calendar for webpage Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, minutes writing, and documentation Provide ad-hoc operational support across engagement projects as required Job Requirement Strong organisational and coordination skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Meticulous and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a dynamic environment Proactive and able to work independently with guidance Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Prior experience in event coordination, operations, or administrative support is an advantage For interested candidate, please email your resumes to sunny.ng@recruitexpress.com.sg Sunny Ng San Ni Outsourcing Team Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA No. 99C4599)
