1 Year Contract Human Resource Generalist $4.3K (Eaa)

Job Responsibilities: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR advisory. Handle work pass administration, renewals, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations. Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, and exit interviews. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, focus groups, and wellbeing activities. Assist with performance management processes, including probation, confirmation, appraisals, increments, and bonuses. Prepare HR reports, process invoices and purchase orders, and maintain HR documentation. Participate in HR projects and drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience. Provide HR support to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in any discipline 2 years of relevant working experience as a HR generalist. Knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements.
