You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions while building strong partnerships with stakeholders across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and hiring objectives. Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent across multiple channels. Conduct market research and competitor mapping to support targeted recruitment strategies. Develop detailed role profiles and candidate personas aligned to hiring requirements. Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate onboarding coordination. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, databases, and digital platforms. Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Collaborate with internal teams to refine hiring strategies and address evolving talent needs. Support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates to stakeholders. What We Are Looking For: Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing within a fast-moving environment.
