Key Responsibilities Manage and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, user experience, operational efficiency, and sales effectiveness. Configure and enhance Salesforce functionalities based on evolving business needs. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business decision-making. Provide day-to-day system administration, user support, troubleshooting, and access management. Design and implement business processes that improve cross-functional collaboration. Prepare and maintain process documentation, technical specifications, application flowcharts, and data dictionaries. Support Salesforce enhancement projects and contribute to the CRM development roadmap. Work closely with internal teams to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system best practices. Conduct user training and develop standard operating procedures where required. Participate in project initiatives and other business improvement activities as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business or another relevant discipline. Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred. Experience administering Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and business process improvements. Strong understanding of CRM systems and stakeholder requirement gathering. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis. Healthcare industry or regional business experience will be advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Coding or software development experience is not required.
