Role Summary We are seeking a Functional Consultant with Healthcare and Oracle ERP experience to support system integration initiatives between Oracle ERP, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and other external applications. The role will focus on gathering business requirements, designing integration solutions, validating system functionality, and ensuring seamless data flow across healthcare and enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Integration Design & Analysis Participate in the design of integrations between Oracle ERP, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and other internal and external applications. Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and smooth interoperability across integrated systems. Analyze business processes and identify integration requirements to support operational and financial workflows. Collaborate with technical teams to define functional specifications and integration requirements. Business Requirements & Process Alignment Work closely with business stakeholders, healthcare users, and project teams to gather and document functional requirements. Support business processes related to patient management, billing, collections, finance, procurement, inventory, and reporting. Ensure integration designs align with operational, regulatory, and business requirements. Provide functional guidance and recommendations to improve process efficiency and system utilization. Testing & Validation Develop and execute functional test scenarios and test cases for integration processes. Conduct end-to-end testing to validate data flow, transaction accuracy, and system performance. Verify that patient records, billing transactions, financial postings, inventory updates, and operational reports are accurately processed across systems.
