Are you a people-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders to drive business success? We're looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to play a key role in shaping people strategies, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting organisational growth. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic HR support aligned with organisational goals. Implement and administer HR policies, practices, and initiatives while ensuring consistent application across the organisation. Build strong working relationships with managers and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters. Support recruitment initiatives to attract and onboard quality talent. Lead and manage employee relations matters, including investigations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns. Coach and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to develop and implement people initiatives that enhance business performance. Contribute to workforce planning, HR strategy, and organisational development initiatives. Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies. Participate in HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in a business partnering or employee relations function. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation. Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Confident in providing guidance on HR policies and handling employee relations matters.
