Retail Advisor (Luxury Brand) (12 Months To Perm) #Jtl

• Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroom environment • Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, and service • Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according to brand standards • Engage visitors proactively, understand their needs, and provide a positive customer experience • Collect customer details and interests for follow-up, and enter leads accurately into the CRM system • Support brand awareness through compelling content creation, social media platforms, and other promotional activities • Assist with daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administration, and cashiering where required • Help manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items • Gather customer feedback on their showroom experience and share insights with management • Take part in training, marketing events, roadshows, and other duties assigned to support business needs Who We’re Looking For • This is a 12-Months contract role with working hours aligned to mall operating hours • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail (customer-facing environment) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation would be advantageous Interested candidates please send in your resume to: Topaz Liang Huimin (CEI No. R1104500), email to: west5@recruitexpress.com.sg EA License No: 99C4599
