Mon to Fri, 830am to 530pm Changi North (Transport pick up to and fro Tampines MRT) Job Scope Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Handle customer inquiries to evaluate specific application requirements. Engage customers daily via phone and email to provide technical clarifications and proactively follow up on outstanding quotations. Act as the point of contact for technical and commercial queries for customers, contractors, resellers, and agents. Support the Sales Manager in tracking and reporting activities for the Monthly Reporting process. Execute contract reviews prior to order entry to ensure specifications match the offer and resolve any unclear requirements. Process sales orders and collaborate with the Order Administration team on procurement and shipment logistics. Update customers proactively on delivery status and tracking information until the point of delivery. Monitor and track customer payments to ensure timely collections and resolve any billing discrepancies. Requirement Experience from electronics component distribution industry or electronics related industries (handling hundreds of products and components) with experience in preparing quotations.
