Job Responsibilities: Conduct clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and screenings for patients Provide individual and group therapy for patients with mental health and chronic conditions Develop and implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care Support development and delivery of mental health programmes within the organisation Evaluate clinical outcomes and contribute to service improvement initiatives Design and conduct training for healthcare professionals to enhance service quality Maintain accurate clinical documentation and administrative records Support coordination of psychology services across different clinic locations Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical or Counselling) At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in outpatient or healthcare setting Registration with Singapore Register of Psychologists is preferred Strong therapeutic and assessment skills Interest in primary care and chronic disease management Interested candidates are invited to email your resume to: jen.ooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Jenalyn Ooi Huai Sian (R1765551) Recruit Express Pte Ltd | Company Reg.
