About this role
Responsibilities: Attend to patient’s queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system. Provide special assistance such as wheelchair to patient as and when required. Observe and tag fall risk patients, issue facemask and measure temperature for patients with flu and fever. Promote and educate patient on the use of Self-Service Kiosk and mobile applications. Assist patient with way-finding and general enquiries.
