*Urgent* 3 Shift Patient Service Associate (Hospital) #Hry

Senior / Patient Service Associate (Department of Emergency Medicine) You will support Admitting Services Department in performing registration services, provide financial counselling and collection of payment / deposits from patients. You duties shall include, but not be limited to the following: • Register patient admission / visit information in the required system at DEM. • Provide estimated hospital charges to every patient’s admission. • Payment collection for admission and outpatient services. • Handling of enquiries through phone and over the counters. Working Hours: Monday – Sunday, any 5/6 days a week, rostered by supervisor. Off days are not fixed. First 3 months is on office hours, after that then they will start you on shift work when u are more stable.
